Welcome to Bridge of Allan  Bowling Club

Welcome to Bridge of Allan Bowling Club. We have been established for over one Hundred and Fifty years and are a friendly mixed club. Our membership is over fifty Bowling Members .The club is run as a mixture of social and competition bowling, within District Nine of Scottish Bowls also with competitions across Stirling and Scotland as a whole available. The Lawn green bowling season runs from early April to mid September. New bowlers always welcome, please contact us for more details. Try Bowls from !6:00 17:30 Monday Evenings, by appointment.

Bowls can be a truly Family orientated game From Nine TO  Ninety. It’s the same the whole over reverberating around the world Grandma, Granddad, Mother Father, Daughter & Son. All can play and afterwards relax, with a cool drink and a bag of chips, a social chat. A game of Pool, Dominoes or darts.

20  brave souls turned out for our weekly Rink Night, on an extremely  cold evening. One rink and 2 Triples were played in a very affable and friendly atmosphere, we even had 3 spectators watching. All in all a very pleasant evening! [Apart from the weather]

This was the position of our Finals Week, a busy week for everyone, the weather remained good; on the whole! Due to our Triples players being involved in Games we had to give an extension for the fixture to be played. It was played in the following week! And all was well?
